Since its inception, the Educational Leadership Foundation of New Jersey has raised more than $3.8 million in contributions.

The foundation impacts educational leadership in New Jersey by supporting high-quality governance training for new school board members, leading to more effective decision-making. It has also funded school-focused initiatives, including STEAM and sustainability programs and Unsung Heroes, a program that celebrates students who are often overlooked but who have made outstanding contributions to their schools and communities.
